Review : This was a great and highly enjoyable film that will keep the viewer on the edge of their seat. The movie was based on a Stephen King novel, which means that the movie is creepy and enjoyable. The story was original and very well done, probably one of the best cult movies ever made. I haven’t seen a movie where kids kill adults until this one, it was very interesting. You won’t want to miss any part of this movie, it’s very intriguing. The acting was great, I enjoyed watching everybody’s performance. It was an all around great acting performance from the cast, which helped make the movie this enjoyable to watch.
There really wasn’t that many kills and the movie lacked blood, but it did still have enough blood and gore to make the movie worth watching. Even though there really wasn’t that much blood or kills the movie was still good due to the suspense and thrills the movie provided us. Throughout the whole film the viewer is kept on the edge of their seat fearing that the victim will die or hoping that they don’t get caught. As for scares, the movie lacked in this category as well, but the film was still a good one. It had some creepy scenes, suspense, thrills, mixed with some kills, blood, and scares, the film wound up being very enjoyable. Overall I loved the movie and thought that it was highly enjoyable to watch. The story and acting were great and did a great job with keeping the viewers entertained. I do wish the movie would have been scarier and maybe have more blood, but the creepy scenes, suspense, and thrills made up for that. Although there wasn’t that much blood there was still enough too keep you intrigued. If you haven’t seen this movie I recommend that you go watch it. You won’t regret it! You won’t want to turn away from the television!
I give this movie a 8/10
